Hi!

I'm looking for a movie title, unfortunately it was a long time ago I saw it.
But I do remember a cave in a desert(?) A man and a woman enters the cave to seek shelter because one of them is wounded. In the cave it's ancient wallpaintings all over. Eventually one of them leaves the hurt one to seek help but ends up getting arrested, or something like that.

Please help!
