I had my IUD of three years removed yesterday and had sex with my fiancé the night before. I didn't think much of it but while looking at the calendar, my last menstrual cycle was 15 days ago and I would have been ovulating. I had normal menstration with the Mirena and getting a bit worried as I read sperm can survive for several days. Is this something I should be worried about? What are the chances?
