Painful urination and lower back pain in right side
I have been having painful urination with scant amounts and barely able to control my bladder for about a week.
Recently, I pass out more amounts of urine, and although the pain has reduced, the lower right part of my back hurts.
    What's wrong with me please?

Could be a urinary tract/ bladder infection. See your doctor.

Aren't there any prescriptions I can take without seeing a doctor?

Only a doctor can write a prescription. You will need your urine tested to see if there is bacteria, then a PROPER antibiotic will have to be prescribed.

You need to determine what is wrong with you. Prescription drugs require a visit to a doctor or nurse practioner/physician assistant.

Where are you, in what country at least? How hard is it to get to a clinic? You really do not want a UTI infection to back up into your kidneys or worse.
