I had been working at my job for a year and a half. I applied for a management position. They ran something and it said I was eligible, so I continued with my application to try and advance in my job. A week later they fire me saying my felony came up shows first offenders yet they fired me on the spot. I am in Catoosa county Georgia. Are they able to do this? Am I eligible for unemployment?
