If you're having sex with him, stop. I certainly would not be having sex with someone who will not even take me out. Ask him what the relationship is to him.

Well the only way you can know something is to ask. Or just stop being so available to him, Let him make a move and his intentions known.

Ask him where the relationship is going. You can also ask him if he is interested in you in the same way you are interested in him. You will need to explain to him how you feel the relationship should go.

Ask him, or tell him when are we going out ? Or stop kissing him, till you start actually going out.
