I have a rash that comes on only evenings after I have been laying down for an hour or so. It is itchy red spots on the back of my arms and all over my back. It is extremely itchy and is always gone by morning. Have not changed laundry detergent or been eating anything different than normal. Any thoughts on what this could be and how to treat it?
