I have a tankless hot water heater- new 4 years and just serviced $280 for flush vale kit, a new water softener- 2 years with in line water filter just changed, new pressure tank-this year, and I am still losing water pressure to the whole house faucets, what else do I need to check? My well pump is only 6 years old. Gas pressure checked for water heater OK. My well pump pressure kicks on at 42 and off at 60 psi. What else is there to check? My hot water keeps shutting off because the lack of pressure but the pressure valve on water pump still shows on and off correctly..

Whrn the pump shutsz off does the pressure hold at 60 PSI or does it fall? Back to you, Tom

it stays up.

It stays up and drops after 5-10 min then kicks on again but the hot water tank keeps kicking on and off

Sounds like a leaky check/foot valve. Replace it and I think you'll be just fine.

The hot water tank has nothing to do with the pump except as a source. What keeps on and off? The water? The power? Please explain. Tom

A check valve is a fitting that holds the pressure in your pump. A check valve's mounted on the surface and a foot valve is located at the well point, They both perform the same function.
And you tell me it's new witch kind of makes me puzzled. If you didn't know what they were how do you know you have a new one? Inquiring minds want to know. Tom
