    Bad bite after crowning
I've had a crown, then root canal therapy after the permanent crown. Now, I have over $2700 wrapped up in one tooth, and the bite is repeatedly incorrect! I've been to the dentist so many times (approximately 15 times since March 2nd, 2012)... recently, after having the root canal done and going in for a permanent filling, the bite still was wrong, the dentist took material off the good tooth in front of the crown without consulting me prior to doing it to try to adjust the bite... is this normal I was told by another dentist that the crown was on crooked!

Have the crown redone otherwise you have a good chance of developing TMJ.Sounds like the dentist didn't do the crown preparation correctly.
