How do you sue someone for false allegations?

First, how do you know he wasn't screened? And what were the circumstances, was this a step parent adoption or what.

But frankly, after 30 years? The statute of limitations has probably long passed.

    What false allegations?

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

36 years, actually. Or 25 years after she became an adult. But either way, long past any SOL.
