I was hit by another vechile ,it was determine he was at fault I was taken to the hosptal with neck & back injuires ,and damages to my car. He had insurance ,I didn't will I still be able to sue.I live in mi.

Yes of course, you having or not having insurance has no bearing on your ability to sue.

Understand they may drag this law suit out for years, but you may sue.
