I had heart surgery where they went up my leg and implanted a device in my heart to close a hole when I was 11.I'm 18 now. Now for some reason when I like do little exercise, like at work when I was pushing a heavy cart and re-stocking things. I get these really bad horrible heart pains, and they last for like forever. They never go away when I relax and its like constant like a headache,it feels like a headache in my heart. Sharp jabbing pains that I kind of want to cry too. It mostly happens when I'm doing some time exercise that keeps my body going but once in a while it'll happen out of the blue for no reason. What could this be?

Sounds like you need to see a cardiologist ASAP. When was the last time you had a check-up?

I see my doctor that did the surgery every 3 years. I passed out in April at school and went to see another heart doctor about why and the chest pains, but all he was concerned about was why I passed out and he slapped a sanction on my license where I can't drive, but he never figured out my chest pains.

Then see another doctor. You need to get some tests done to find out why this is happening.
