    Door Sill Leaking Into Basement
    Hi,

My basement is leaking due to a spring thaw. I see exactly where it is but need to fix it QUICK before a vacation tomorrow.

The problem is that the grade outside is sloping towards the house. This will be fixed in the spring.

For now I need a temporary fix to at least get me through the thaw.

Any suggestions ASAP would be greatly appreciated,
    Dan

Yes, you need Henry's cold process that is used on roof repair while wet. The mastic comes in either black or silver gray and will close up leaks immediately and cure hard within a day. It is messy to handle but a quick fix. Nm:)

    Great, thanks for the info.
That should tide me over until the ground thaws and the contractor can come put the plastic seal outside below grade.
