I had a period 2weeks ago and it's back heavy with bright blood what's that mean?

There's no way to know what it means, but it could be miscarriage. You wouldn't see the embryo that early. It could be mid-month bleeding, a very early next period, or something totally different. It happens a lot. There is no data regarding very early miscarriages because of the difficulty collecting it, but many scientists believe they are common.

What Joypulv said. The only thing I can offer is that when I miscarried, it was bright red, but that was at 7 weeks. Rarely, maybe once a year, I get a bright red spotting and sometimes another period-sized amount of bleeding. Your best bet is to go to the doctor.
