Ok, me and my wife have been trying for a kid the past 3 or 4 months for a kid. We both want a kid, both agreed we can certainly afford it, and everything (will be our first kid) but the problem isn't with the cost, it seems to be more of actually conceiving. I was just wondering if there were little changes I personally (as the husband) could make that would INCREASE chances of my wife getting pregnant. I have already switched to boxers LONG time ago, and that is really all I know. Any suggestions?

Is she tracking actual ovulation ( with body temp) so that you can time sex for the best possible days. And refrain from sex on lesser days.
