Engine starts a d runs about 15 minutes stall and quit running. Will only start again with full choke, Willstart again after a cool down period (30) minutes.

It is a bit too quick to be an ignition problem, unless it has been recurring with increasing frequency. I would estimate that it is fuel related. Clogged fuel filter, clogged gas cap, weak fuel pump(if equipped) are most likely the problem. The filter and the cap are the cheapest, always start there. The fuel cap you can try to blow through the vent hole, generally in the center of the cap. The filter I would just replace if it has not been in three or more years.
