Me and my boyfriend just started having unprotected sex about two weeks ago. It is time for my period and I went to the bathroom and the only blood was when I wiped. There is no more blood. I don't know if I could be pregnant or if I am just bleeding very lightly. I have a test but I do t know if I should wait another day or if I should take it now. Can anyone please help?

It's likely just your period starting. You could be having an off month.

If you are pregnant it would be too early to test. Wait at least another week. If your period hasn't started then take the test using first morning urine. If it's negative, wait until your next period is due, and if you miss that one, test again or see a doctor for a blood test.

Don't get discouraged. It takes the average couple 1-2 years to conceive once they start trying. It's very rare for it to happen the first month.

My periods are always the same. They are never different. I always bleed very heavy the first day. I asked a friend who has been pregnant and she said the same thing happened to her. The blood is very light and it is brownish color instead of the normal bright red? What is your opinion?

Every woman experiences an off period at least once in her life. To me it sounds like the beginning of your period, but that's just a guess. Pregnancy is possible, but until you take a test and it turns positive, you won't know, and no one can give you an accurate guess.
