I was sexually harassed by my brother-in-law in 2006, I did not file a complain because of my sister. It has been 6 years and I need closure. I live in the province of Ontario, can I still sue him?

There is no statute of limitations on sexual or physical abuse. However, you will need to hire a lawyer and have this reported; if you are strong enough to carry through with it he being a family member.
