Also is this done though the state collection of money for government funds received by the child or mother, or is this for court ordered child support, where it is done though child support enfocement.

The child support is court ordered. The child support is deducted out of my payroll check every two week.

Also you need to verify with payroll that they will stop taking it after Nov. Many orders don't have a stop date and you have to go back to court and get the order stopped, better check now, than to find out DEC money is gone also. Hard to get it back

Chid support is always calculated by the month. Quite frankly I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure everything is in place for it to end on time as it should be. Also as you have stated your child is a senior so its normal for it not to end until your child graduates. In states where it ends at 18 the wording is almost always 18 AND graduated High School or 19 whichever comes first.

So expect it to continue until such time as they graduate.

Im not sure which part your addressing but most orders to employers are more like instructions that tell the employer what to take and how much. They almost never have an ending date but rather its keep taking money until you hear from us otherwise.

I agree, most orders I have seen don't have ending dates, since most child support is so open, till graduate collect, or emancipated, or longer if they go to college.

Also we get many questions here over the years of people who did nothing and were posting and mad since the money was still be taken, and it was going take 3 months to get to court.
