1) Our original TV conrol is broken. We have a Pilot Minitel universal TV control. What is the code to program this specific control to our TV set?

2) We are experiencing the following problem. When we connect the TV with a DVD player or MPEG4 Decoder through SCART to ext 1, 2, or 3 of the set it looses the signal after few minutes of operation and we reprogram it manually with the TV control back to the specific ext.
