    What happens if a tenant dies to his apparment belonnings in the state of Illinois?
    What happens when a tenant dies?
    What happens to his belonnings? In the apartmant espacially if he owns rent fro at least 3 months?

    His belongings go to his heirs. Any debts he owes become a liability to his estate and creditors need to file claims with the estate.
