Cold water will not stop coming into my Servis Quartz washing machine when it is switched on. What is the problem?

Either the water level switch is stuck or the water valve is stuck. You can dis-assemble the water valve and soak in vinegar and then after an hour or two clean out all water passages with a toothbrush. You will note a little brass piece with a hole in it on the rubber diaphragm that is probably stopped up now. Make sure you put it back together the same way it was by marking parts.
