    Plumbing Labor Charges
I am doing some plumbing work for someone but I have no idea on what to charge them. They are a neighbor of a member of my family. I have 6 years of plumbing under my belt and 4 years of working at a home improvement store in plumbing and I do know my stuff. I am not licensed or insured in this business and the client understands this but doesn't want to pay premium prices for the work. I need to remove and old vanity that it tiled around and install a new one over that open space. My measurements are correct and a 30x21 vanity with 31x22 top and 4" backsplash will cover the hole, just need to be careful when removing the old not to displace too much tile. I also need to replace a toilet, as well as replace a kitchen faucet and pedestal faucet. I did some research and prices are all over the place by a professional, which I'm not, but I will do a job that I will be proud of that's for sure. I was thinking $50/hour would be fair but I don't want to undercut my skills and talent. My training was all done on the job with professional plumbers so I have the knowledge of the work, just not the actual charges. Please help asap as this is a job I'm doing within the next few days. Thanks
