    I have changed the batteries for my thermostat, and now the time is flashing, since it has lost its settings, I followed the directions to reset the time but it does not respond.My thermostat is RTH2310 Mod number rth2310B9090 My email is [email protected] Thank you

    I assume that you have the manual with the instructions. Take batteries out and turn off power for one minute, then put batteries back in, plug on t-stat to sub-base and turn power back on. This will reset it and you should be able to program it. If not, you may have a bad one. Always turn off power to furnace before changing batteries and plug t-stat back in before turning power back on.
