    Stapled my finger
I put a staple in my finger from an air gun yesterday. I think it hit the bone. It felt like I hit my finger with. 2x4. Not much blood but some dull numbness. Still numb today. If I did hit the bone could bone marrow leak out? Can bone chips travel and cause more problems? I took amoxicillin left over from a tooth extraction.

Go to your doctor, but no, bone chips can't travel anymore and damage anything and bone marrow can't leak out. Bone marrow is renewable by the way, your body makes it.

Don't take leftover antibiotics. If you really have a bacterial infection and don't take a full course of antibiotics, you won't kill them all and the ones remaining will be even stronger and make you sick. Taking antibiotics as a preventative measure without knowing you have a bacterial infection is not good and increases the risk of antibiotic resistance, not only for you but for everyone.

See a doctor. It sounds like an infection.

Bring your tetanus shot information with you, or you will probably have to have one.
