I have a pain on my right chest side for about 3.5 hours now what is this

It is a good excuse to go to a doctor to get a professional opinion on the matter.

What could it be? Torn muscle, rib out of alignment, pinched nerve, cancer, lung disease, heart disease, broken bones, and a thousand other things. Only a professional with the right tools can sort that out. I would say to head to an ER because chest pains can be REALLY serious depending.

'Chest' is too vague too. Your gallbladder might be a good guess, but it's just a guess.
