About 3 weeks ago I decided to to recolor my hair light brown, it turned out looking jet black I hated it. Hoping to correct it I tried redyeing it with light brown but it did not make a difference. My natural hair color was dark brown, how can I bring it back closer to light brown again? Help! Im desperate!

I think first you can add a mild bleach to you hair to lighten it, make sure its not too concentrated or you can add it to the hair color.

What brand is safe to use and can I use it right away? Wouldn't it make my hair turn red? And how much water should I use with the bleach?
