I simutaneoulsy lost my turn signals, heat(but fans still work), and am not able to shift out of park. I have a 1997 ford contour sport, auto transmission. Is this a relay.. or cluster problem? Help please

Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter--be very thorough.
After doing the above test and repair, you will find your brake lights now work as well.
Fuse 24 in the interior fuse box provides power to the turn signal switch, instrument cluster and the brake pedal switch. The brake pedal switch tells the instrument interface module when to provide ground to the shift interlock solenoid. So, it's either a bad fuse or a wiring/connector problem on that circuit.
