I have no hot water in my shower/Tub. Moen Faucet which was installed in 2005. The faucet turns either way to turn the water flow off. Same faucet in my downstairs bath only turns off at the far cold position. What is the problem with my Shower/Tub faucet

The hot ports in the cartridge are probably clogged.

Call Moen at 1800BUYMOEN and have them send you out a new cartridge and, if possible, a cartridge puller... should send them out for free as they warranty all parts for the lifetime of the valve. They'll even pay for shipping if you can wait 7-10 days. If you can't wait they will overnight the parts for $12.00-$15.00

Once the parts come in you can pop back here and we can walk you through the installation/cleaning/purging process
