I coughed blood a couple of hours ago. I was not coughing yesterday or so. But I choked a bit while drinking water which led to coughing out blood and then puking. I don't feel sick or anything. Nothing has happened ever since. I'm worried what could it mean. Somebody pliz help me.

Coughing up blood is always a bad sign; could be one of three ailments I can think of, TB is one of them and you won't be sick with that, but your lungs will be sick with it; but can't diagnose here, so go see your doctor.

Tuberculosis is on the upswing again, after many years, so if you know if anyone you have come in contact with who vaguely has it, you should be concerned. So think back.
