Conception, even weeks pregnant are estimates based on last period.

You can get it down to give or take a couple weeks, normally, sometime about a week after your last period normally to the period you missed.

But conception dates mean little, and even due dates change as you pregnancy goes on at times.

So sorry, not sure how exact you were looking for, but there is no exact on this
