Assalamalaikum;

If a husband says Talaq Talaq Talaq while being angry during an argument with his wife without using a complete sentence that mene Tujhe Talaq di, or Tujhe Talaq di etc...
Has Talaq taken place? Can he keep his wife without having her go through Halalah?
