I was to see my period on the 22 of September but did not. I started feeling lower back ache which I still feel now, also my nipples are slightly sore. I am asking if that is enough to prove I am pregnant because I don't feel any other sign of pregnancy. I am form Nigeria, I am 30 years old. Am scared because in march 2011 I lost a pregnancy and didn't have a period until march 2012. I have a feeling it wants to happen again that is why am asking this question so I can be sure of whatr to expect. Thanks

Pregnancy tests can be wrong, I would take another one within the next couple of weeks.
