I think, jumping can be considered to be projectile and then, the jump distance becomes the range of projectile.
Range is inversely proportional to the "acceleration due to gravity(g)"
So,
Range on earth/Range on moon = g on moon/g on earth
This gives, the range on moon or the distance of jump on moon is 6 times that on earth
