I have a Lab/Golden Mix and just recently today I noticed the back of my dogs Neck and Head are very swollen and he's hanging his head low and its to the left and he can't pick his head up and when he walks he leans he hasn't drank or went to the bathroom all day long and I'm very concernd I don't have money for a vet any answers would be very helpful thank you for your time

Call an animal shelter to find out low-cost vets in your area, or wheel and deal with a vet to get a payment plan or a reduced-cost exam. Your dog very definitely need to be seen by a vet.
