I had unprotected sex 2 days before my periods... But I noticed my period came a couple days earlier and lasted 2 days... Then when finished got a cramp like pain and very sore breasts with lactating... 2 days later spotted.. Could I be pregnant!

Yes, but nothing is a real indicator except for a pregnancy test.

Couple days before my periods my breasts were severely sore and lactating before my period... I seem confused... If I am pregnant.. I got my periods twice this last month as well...
1/9/12 to 4/9/12 partner and I had unprotected sex on 26/9/12 then next period on 27/9/12 to 29/9/12 spotted on 1/10/12

It would be too early to tell if you are pregnant. You will have to wait to see if your next period comes when it is due.
