I have something to ask but please help I really need to overcome this when I chat with a girl I know in face my sex drive is going insane like I do not want to do this everyday cause I'm a kickboxer and I need to condition my strength but how to overcome my insane sex drive please help me and sorry for my bad english I'm a pilipino..

What exactly is your question? Are you sleeping around quite a bit or just thinking about sex a lot?

I am a 35 year old woman in my prime. I think about sex and crave it more now, than I ever did before. However, I control my urges. I don't sleep around, but I do think about sex quite a bit. It's not uncommon to have desires. You are human. As long as you aren't abusing it. By that I mean sleeping with any and everybody. As for your thoughts, I think you will survive.

How is your sex drive "insane" as opposed to normal for a 20-year old?

I very much doubt that an "insane" sex drive (which appears to only be thinking about sex) is going to sap your strength and hamper your kick boxing career.

I lived with a professional football player "back in the day." Frequently thinking about, talking about and having sex certainly didn't harm his performance on the field!
