I have an irregular period that comes as it wants to and I just had a baby (c-section) 3 months ago and I have had unprotected sex, and recently I've been feeling how I felt when I was pregnant before. Cramps here and there a little pink spotting then a little brown the next day, and now that hasn't happened in about 2 weeks I have back pain and still no period. Could I already be pregnant again?
