I have missed three periods and have been feeling very moody I went to the doctor they said I'm pregnant just want to know how far alone I am and my pregnancy

You got pregnant sometime between your last period and the first missed period.
That is a 4 week window which is all that can be done for sure. Better guess but with some room for error, the middle two weeks between last period and first missed.

The doctor should have told you how far along you are. What was your LMP?
