So in August I had sex the last two weeks. I'm not sure if it was my period in September or not. It was for 3-4 days and I usually bleed for 5 days to a week. The first day it was light and the second it got heavier, the third day I could tell it was going away soon and the fourth day it was a brownish/pink color. Now towards the end of the month I have been feeling hungry all the time and get pains in my lower stomach and in my back. I need opinions! What do you think? Anything helps!

Go buy the test better be safe than sorry

You need to wait until next month to see if your period comes as expected. It soul be too early to test now.
