Hi,
I have had this bump on the inner crease of my labia majora for as long as I can remember. For the longest time I thought it was my clitoris, before I realized that was lower down.
When I try to "pop" it, it gets pointy and secrares a white gooey pus-like substance. It feels like it goes very deep, like it has roots deep into my pelvic region.
A couple days ago it started to become very painful. Uncomfortable to sit, walk, lay down. It is very red. And my pelvic region just feels inflamed.
Any ideas what this could be? What I should do? Thank you.

Note: I just had a clean sti check. It is not in an area that hair grows from. And I have noticed it since I was going through puberty
