My 3 days old GSD pup has eggs in its stool. What should I do?

All puppies are born with parasites. Deworming doesn't start until 2 week of age and will go until 6 months.

Do you mean you have a litter of GSD puppies; otherwise I am wondering why you have such a very very young pup.

You don't do anything until 2 weeks of age.
