Hi all, I've been searching online for this cartoon but problem is I don't know how else to phrase the question on Google. I'm looking for a 90's cartoon (at least I think it's a 90's cartoon), problem is all I remember is that it had a fish that floated on air and barked like a dog, it seemed a bit dark though the cartoon of it, and I think had something to do with dream catching. Also if memory serves me well the barking fish had a bubble to help it breath... Help
