Hi my name is Anthony I was dating this girl Sarah for a year and a half she was my moms next door neighber I stole her from her boyfriend. So when she broke it off at the beginning of September of this year she left me for a younger Guy on Xbox now I keep threatening the kid he's 16 my ex 19 and hacking her Facebook I can't control what I'm doing cause my bipoler. How do I stop the madness I'm causing

Oh yes you CAN control what you are doing. You unplug your computer and cancel your internet. Don't use bipolar as an excuse. You can't help being bipolar but you can help what your actions are! What if all the bipolar people in the world went on sprees of destructive, hurtful behavior and said they couldn't help themselves? They go see their therapist more often to talk about it, or take a trip away, or check into the hospital. Take some responsibility for yourself. You didn't have a lobotomy. Besides, do you want to get arrested for cyberstalking and bullying?

If you were indeed diagnosed as bipolar by a doctor, not yourself, I am certain you have been prescribed medication. Start taking your meds as prescribed the take responsibility for your actions.
