I have severe morning sickness and out on disability. I also do a home party plan (ex, Tupperware/Mary Kay type business). While I am out, my mom wants to run that business for me. If they do the parties and submit them, I will get paid in my bank account. I'm not the one working, but the paper trail would lead back to me.

If they find this, it can effect, since it does not matter who is doing the work, it is YOUR INCOME.

Can she not just start selling under her name

Chuck is right. Since this would go into your account, creating a paper trail back to you, you could lose whatever benefits you are getting.
