Okay, so I started 8th grade in August and there's a guy in three of my classes and lunch that I really like. He's a football player and tends to hang out with the popular group. I'm not really popular, I've been in the same school district since I was in Kindergarten, so I know and have grown up with the same people and I say hi and have some small conversations with anyone and everyone, but I mostly hang out with my 'circle' or 'group' of friends. I've never actually had a conversation or even talked to him because he came to our school a few years ago and unfourtanetly was never in any of my classes... I would walk up and talk to him, but I get really shy and blush when he even walks near me. I don't really know what to do! Does anyone have some nonchalant flirting methods or tips on starting a conversation? Thanks for taking the time to read this! (:

Make eye contact smile and say hi! You are in class with him, borrow his book or pencil or a sheet of paper.

I have the same problem, he has been flirty to me...
Tell one of your best friends about him, put her/him undercover! Try and bumping into in breaks or lunches or even between classes. Try and talk to him get his phone number text him once in a while. After you get to know him tell him that you kind of like him, or get one of your friends to do it! Hope this helps :)
