Shelby, without more background information there isn't much advice that we can give.

The very basic answer is that you can't make someone do or want something that they don't want. If he isn't interested, then trying to 'make' him want sex will only cause more issues.

What you can do is look at what is going on in his life, the relationship, and your expectations and then talk with him about why he isn't wanting sex. Communicate with each other.

Something to think about is that our libidos can be affected by many different factors. Stress, exhaustion, medical issues, etc. are all libido limiters. Another major limiter is pressure to have sex.

Communicate with him and find out what his needs are. Work together to find out what works best for you as a couple.
