Distance for air vent pipe in the roof from a window in New Jersey

My code, (Standard Plumbing Code) tells me that no vent pips can not terminate within 10 feet horizontally of any doorway, window or ventilation opening unless it's at least 2' above the top of such, opening. Does this answer your question? Tom

I agree with Tom but can't picture how your vent terminates through the roof but is also near a window. Is there a dormer or something? Can you post a pic or drawing?
