I know the guys are still working on the bathroom
But the bathroom door in the inside, I do not see much room for the trim to be secured. Some over the tile even runs up the wall. Maybe they know a secret?

The most common way would be to install the door trim and finish tile to butt against the trim.

I have seen on rare occasions where cap molding was used when wall covered with tile.
