    Drainage configuration
My question is this a plumber on last installation put in one of the strangest routings for pipes I've seen from my disposal is straight to a trap and out my right side is aimed straight down to the bottom of the cabinet which made him put in a double trap in order to continue straight down to the connection. I want to know if both sides must have a trap inline or what is the best way I can route these pipes into two or even one trap

n And out to where? In the wall? Back through the floor? Where?

This bothers me. I keep looking for the word "vent" but all I can find is illegal "S" traps.
Are your traps vented? Here's a typical hookup. Notice the pipe goes into the wall and not the floor. Your thoughts> Tom
