Hello my name is sheena, I live in Florida... I just bonded out of jail on a VOP for misdemeaner its weird my release date was Jan. 11, 2007, and I had a vop warrant signed by judge on 2/13/07 is this legal or can I fight it? Don't they have to drop it? I was off probation clear for 33 Days... Im so confused Please help keep me sane!:eek:

I don't think they can prosecute you, but if they are, you need a lawyer. I tried to talk to them but they hung up on me.

I talked to my bondsmen they say they must be dropping the case because It has been nearly 3 weeks and usually only takes 10 days
